Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By installing or using Haven: Retreat Booking (“Haven,” “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Haven on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business. Haven is operated by PT ANDARA TEMPLE UNITY (“we,” “us,” the “Provider”).

2. The service

Haven lets Shopify merchants compose, publish, and manage retreats as bookable products on their store. Guest bookings are processed as standard Shopify orders through your store’s own checkout; Haven does not process payments directly and never handles your guests’ payment-card details.

3. Eligibility

To use Haven you must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install and configure apps on it. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.

4. Subscription and billing

Haven is a paid subscription billed through Shopify Billing at the price and interval shown on the app’s Shopify App Store listing and in your Shopify admin, and it may include a free trial. All charges are handled by Shopify and are subject to Shopify’s billing terms.

You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable.

5. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• the accuracy of your retreat content, dates, availability, and pricing;
• delivering and honoring the retreats and bookings you sell, including refunds, cancellations, and any guest communications;
• complying with all laws that apply to your retreats and to your relationship with your guests — including consumer-protection, tax, and data-protection laws — and providing your guests with your own privacy notice and terms;
• your use of your Shopify account and store.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or sublicense it; do not interfere with its operation or security; and do not use it for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property

The app and all of its software, design, and content remain the property of the Provider. Your store data and retreat content remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide the service.

8. Third-party services

Haven depends on Shopify and on the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost bookings, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of the retreats you sell, the content you publish, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Haven and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law or by Shopify. On termination, your right to use the app ends; data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the service or these terms

We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
